Information collected or received
In the course of providing our Services (i.e. product ordering, bra alterations, loyalty scheme registration), we collect or receive your personal information in a few different ways. In order to use the Services, you need to provide us with a valid telephone number and/or email address, and depending on which services you choose to use, additional information such as billing and payment information (including billing contact name, address, telephone number, credit card information) and/or a physical postal address. We do not retain billing and payment information and you will be asked for it again if, for example, you pay for a repeat order over the telephone.
We may also collect the following demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, and other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

Messages from See-Saw
On occasion, See-Saw may need to contact you. Primarily, these messages are delivered by telephone, email and SMS. See-Saw may contact you by telephone to provide customer service support for transaction-related or loyalty scheme account purposes if you request that we call you. Additionally, and with your consent, See-Saw may send you an SMS (or similar) message, physical mail or electronic newsletter in order to provide you with customer support or to provide you with information about products, promotions and features that you may find of interest.
Some messages from See-Saw are service-related and necessary for customers making a purchase. You agree that See-Saw can send you non-marketing emails or messages, such as those related to transactions, your loyalty account, security, or product changes. Examples of service-related messages include notification of an order, service/product availability, modification of an existing order and relaying conversations with brands/suppliers.
Controlling your personal information
When you register for a customer loyalty account, subscribe to a newsletter, or provide us with your email address or phone number such as for a purchase, you receive notice of and agree to receive marketing emails and messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time from marketing emails/messages through the opt-out link included in marketing emails or messages.
You may also choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- Whenever you are asked to fill in a form (online or offline), look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes.
- If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at email@example.com.
We respect your privacy. See-Saw will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your consent, except as specified in this policy.
We use your information to provide and improve the Services and our products, for billing and payments, for identification and authentication, for targeted online and offline marketing including through tools like Mailchimp and for general research and aggregate reporting.
Legal and Safety

If See-Saw receives a lawful, verified request for a member’s records or information in one of the limited circumstances described in the previous paragraph, See-Saw may disclose personal information, which may include, but may not be limited to, a customers name, address, phone number and email address.
Where you have provided your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information and your use of the Services. For example, you can withdraw your consent to email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in such communications. You can choose to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information and your use of the Services such as product ordering and the customer loyalty scheme, at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to request that your personal information be deleted, except for information that we are required to retain. This deletion is permanent and your customer account cannot be reinstated.
We may amend or update this policy from time to time. If we believe that the changes are material, we’ll let you know by doing one (or more) of the following: (i) posting the changes on or through the Services, (ii) sending you an email or message about the changes, or (iii) posting an update in the version notes on the website.
